The booking price includes utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and access to the facilities of your selected personalized short-term rental property.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking with DreamSpace Vacation Homes. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before your check-in date.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout requests are subject to availability and prior approval.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit may be required, depending on the property. This deposit is refundable after checkout, following an inspection of the property.
